Meet the diaspora talent you have been trying to reach.

Diaspora Career Connect gives you direct, pre-vetted access to senior Nigerian professionals in the UK, ready to bring international experience home.

Our Proposition

Sourcing internationally experienced Nigerian talent is hard and slow. We make it simple. Every candidate is registered and reviewed, every employer is vetted, and interviews are scheduled in advance. You spend the day meeting a shortlist, not sifting a pile.

What we ask for

Company name, sector, website and LinkedIn, a primary contact, the number of interview slots you need, and the sectors and seniority levels you are targeting: mid (5 to 10 years), senior (10 to 15 years) or executive (15 years and above).

Candidate access is granted to sponsoring employers. Sponsorship also puts your brand in front of the entire diaspora audience and positions you as a leader in shaping Africa's future workforce.
