Pre-vetted Nigerian blue-chip employers across finance, technology, energy, healthcare and education, each with confirmed open roles and scheduled interview slots.
Employers review candidate profiles ahead of the event. Matched candidates are assigned interview slots during the afternoon sessions, and both parties are confirmed in advance.
Premium candidates upload a CV in advance. All attendees are encouraged to bring printed copies on the day.
Premium candidate profiles remain in the Diaspora Career Connect talent database, which approved employers can continue to search for ongoing opportunities.
